Stopped Fertile CM as it messed up my LH surge. For the first month I didnt even get my LH surge. After I stopped the next month I got the LH surge

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Completely different compared to my girls. I ate lots of carbo food and tried to get nutrients through food than supplements. Previously took pottasium when swaying but didnt work as compared to getting it through food.

Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?

Comments regarding DH's diet-
He did nothing much except eating supplements and I forced him to stop drinking too much coffee

Yes, I had 1 drink per day

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I put on 4-5kg due to change of diet. Im a petite person but had definitely more flesh when leading up to O
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Carried weight and exercised 2 to 3 times a week but for around 30-40mins only.

Didnt concentrate in deep penetration as both my girls were doggy (TMI). This round we did multiple from missionary to my legs in the air. At all attempts after DTD, my legs were raised up high and with a pillow behind my back.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I feel gd that I didnt worry abt putting on weight and focused more on my HE diet and followed it religiously.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Hubby have some warts treatment and had to force him to DTD. He couldnt perform like he normally can but still got in all the attempts every two days starting from after AF.
Things worth mentioning:
Using preseed. All through the attempts I used preseed.
Prayed like crazy

Previously when I tried to away for my 2 princess I didnt follow the diet and I should say misunderstood and did one attempt only which got me my girls.
For this round, I sat and read through engaged with the ladies who had boys and understood better. DTD was different as we had more and more attempts in the window. Both my girls were one shot deals..
Lastly thankful to Atomic for her fast response although I didnt buy any personalized plan. This means she is helping out the ladies with all her heart and wants us to get what we really want.
