Hiya, I have read the sticky on replens and rephresh but have got replens to use.

So our dtd plan is dtd on cd 10 and then at positive opk at about cd17.

Ph is between 5.5 and 6.6 so when should I start using replens and how much? They are in applicators.
If I open one and just use a bit to see how I react, can I use the rest of that tube a week later?

Thanks

q - are you saying the essay did not answer your questions? Let me know if I need to clarify.

Replens is best used shortly before your attempt under most circumstances. I would use a dime-size dab 1-2 hours before your attempt and then perhaps more afterwards, but every bit you use cuts down odds of pg by that much more. Or, you could use a full applicator the night before your attempt OR a half-applicator the morning before your attempt. It all depends on how important pH is to you and in how big a hurry you are to get pg. The more you use, and the closer to your attempt you are, the more it cuts down your odds of pg.

I think it's fine to use a bit of an applicator and see how it affects you now and then seal the rest up for later use. Do know that you will not get a real feel for how it affects you, though, because you are not ovulating and aren't making the EWCM right now.
