COT & BSD: Can I mix both and prepare in advance?

Hi there,

Can I mix both COT and BSD in a cup of water?

Can I also prepare 3-4 batches in advance (like make them all up in the morning and drink within 24 hours)

You can add one tsp of COT to 1/2 tsp BS and 4 oz of water - mix well and wait for fizzing to stop. Use only from AF to O and make sure you are taking large amounts of folic acid every day. Too much BS and COT can be dangerous though, I think the max. BS is six 1/2 tsp a day. I don't know if you can make them in advance for the day, I don't see why not.
