Had my attempt - rephresh?

Had a positive opk and bd. It's also the same night that I should have used rephresh (I've been doing this every 3 days) but because I was bd right away I skipped the rephresh..so now my question is should I continue rephresh? Maybe start it up tomorrow?

Also I used sylk but on me..didn't put in on DH is that okay?

No, there is no point in continuing with RepHresh now. The sperm are up inside out of reach of anything you put into your VJ (regardless of what the other sites claim.)

Yes using Sylk on yourself is fine.
