Vitex and SP....

Is it worth taking either or both? I’ve taken both before but stopped on my last try because I took Clomid. Vitex made my Ov come a few days earlier as I would Ov slightly later in my cycle and I noticed that SP made my hair fall out less. I’m happy to take them, but how do they sway?

We saw absolutely terrible rates of conception for swayers over 35 when we were using these regularly in the early days of the site. Subsequent to that, as we've tracked our results with them, they were absolutely terrible. IN addition to really messing up people's cycles hugely, possibly preventing conception particularly for those over 35, they didn't even work! So I can't recommend them for you.
