Hello Ladies,
I found this great page a few years ago and made a lot of research within that time.
Iīm from Germany (sorry for my english)....
I Have a beautiful son, 5 years old and now it is definitely time for a girl ;)
My plan so far:
Just startet my LE Diet. I donīt do any snacking in between. I HAVE breakfast. Just a toast and some marmelade and lots of coffee with whole milk, also during the day.
I cannot do anything without eating breakfast.
Bought some Coke ZERO, which i never drank.
Add Peppermint tea into my sway. One cup a day.
I try to eat less in general and limit my intake of red meat, potatos, try to eat more vegetarian. But in general i try to eat less. But donīt cut out any food. I think everything is allowed. I weigh 56 kilograms (167 cm tall)
I added Chitosan already and have one or two tablets before my lunch/dinner.
Have some white wines during the week...
At the beginning I want to try one attempt about 3 or 4 days before O, after 7 days of Abstaning.
I will use rephresh from AF to O, and maybe add some SYLK or Actigel.
Is it ok if my husband takes Olive Leaf extract? Should he better add some Cranberry? Iīm not sure yet how he can participate. I will have him to take a hot shower beforehand. Thatīs it.
I have heard of Licorice Root too?! He is 37 years old and smokes here and there.
Please, if you have anything else for me Atomic, PLEASE Help ;)

Please give me some time before bumping - I am just one person and can only do so much in a day. Bumping takes your post back to the top of my "new" posts and since I go from oldest to newest, actually makes it take longer for me to get back to you. :)
You need to stick in the limits for the day - 1500-1800 cals a day for most people, 40-50 g protein, 30-60 g fat. you don't count the fat and protein in fruit and veg, and low carb veg are free and unlimited, have as much as you want, no need to count.
Yep that's right, no forbidden foods, you can have anyting you want within the limits. No need to limit potatoes, I ate tons of them when I got my daughter. Most do prefer to stick with skipping meat, though.
attempt 4 days before O has a scientifically proven 1 in 1000 chance of conception. I suggest if you must do a cutoff, 3 days at the longest.
Yes he can take Olive Leaf Extract if he wants. May be better than cranberry.
No licorice. it doesn't seem to be working and I"ve given up using it for everyone except super young guys, and no smoking allowed with LR anyway (smoking sways way more than LR seems to!)

HI Atomic,
thank you so much for your advice. I appreciate very very much.
What do you think is this too much food, or okay?
-Breakfast, just one white toast with either marmelade or nutella
lots of coffee, no sugar but a little whole milk.
no snacks in between
lunch: chicken nuggets, or pasta with tomato sauce, mostly vegetarian mostly have a yoghurt afterwards
no snacks in between
dinner:
Pasta, wraps, sandwich with either just 2 slices of sausage, cheese, chicken.
vegetarian lasagne, vegetarian pizza....
Thats it
add some coke like in between, and have about 1 cup of peppermint tea in between.
do you think that fits?
for olive leave extract: how much should he take? from af to O only? I found this on a German web site:
https://de.pipingrock.com/olive-leaf/olive-leaf-extract-750-mg-120-capsules-3572?prd=1d219ab2&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIxvODoKGZ3QIVVOJ3Ch3o3wtXEAQYAyAB EgLGOPD_BwE
OK: So if I have daily sex from about cd 6 (end of my period) until my cb shows highest fertility (which is usually 1 days prior O) should be fine? should i have protected sex when ttc daily and only one unprotected 1 or 2 days prior O? Is it ok to have my husband release himselve that day 12 hours beforhand in addition? or should he release 3 hours beforehand again?
I will add one aspirin that day of attempt and one cetrizin. togehter with rephresh every 3 days? will add a vagi C Tablet (vaginal) beforehand. This lower PH in addition.
How does this sound?
For me NO CALCIUM/MAGNESIUM and nothing in addition except for Fibre and folic acid (regular amount?)
So thankful for your help!
Have a wonderful day!
Nicole

Hi Atomic,
thank you so much for your advice.
How much OLE should he take? Only from AF to O?
IS there anything he could without except for eating less red meat?
I wonder how i should manage it with counting my fat intake and calories. I have no clue whether it is too much or less calories or fat intake?!
For example yeserdays food:
Breakfast with coffee, put a bit of whole milk in it. I also had 1 toast with marmelade
Lunch: just a little piece of meat and one potatoe
afternoon: a little cake
evening a toast just with a sprinkle of Nutella. That is it.
I also had lots of MIneral Water (is table water better?) and a cup of peppermint tea.
When we do FR (which should be better for men over 35) should we have one attempt a day e.g. from day 7 on (I guess protected is better?) and then have one attempt e.g. at O-2 without protection and that is it? I would take rephresh from af to O and take some Vagi C before ddt and afterwards. It is to lower ph.
My plan is also to have my husband release on his own again about 12 hours prior to our one attempt? sounds that good?
Thank you so much!!!

Hi Atomic,
i just bought some Acijel. Want to give it a try. I will use it together with represh.
Rephresh every 3 days and Acijel a little bit 1 hour prior to attempt. Is that ok? Should i use Sylk too?
Iīm confused. Donīt know if I shoudl give my husband other supplements. Do you think just OLE is fine? Is it better to have him drink pep tea? and if so, how much.
I think he is in a super healthy condition, high sex drive and so on...
Should he add cranberry? For me ONLY PEP Tea and fibre, right?
I wonder, if my T Levels are a bit too high. My cyclus is about 30 days (or longer).
I have problems with hairs (in face and body for years now) the only thing my doctor prescriped me was baby pill antiadrogene....
What do you think i can do to lower T.Levels?

Thanks for your patience!
500-1000 mg OLE a day, have him start right away and wean off at BFP gradually by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week, then he can drop.
I can't really give blanket prescriptions without a custom plan. Some people also give their husbands some herbs or soy milk but I can't recommend those without knowing more about your husband's health, age, sperm quality.
I cannot tell you based on the foods you ate, how much fat, protein and calories you got. The amount you ate makes a huge difference as to how many nutrients are in the foods. It doesn't sound to me like enough food.
I personally don't believe there to be any difference in the water you drink. Some people believe sparkling water like Perrier is better for pink than tap water. I haven't seen any evidence it really works.
Start the FR so you will be certain to have 7-10 days of release before the one attempt. You will NOT have that if you start FR on CD 7, and then have attempt CD 12 (2 days before you ovulate, most likely CD 14). FR can be done indefinitely so start it sooner rather than later.
You know RepHresh is meant to be only every 3 days, and not daily, right?
I can't recommend doing the Vagi-C since I have not seen anyone using it and getting girls. It has other ingredients in it besides just changing pH and for all we know it could even sway blue. I only recommend things I have seen many people use and get mostly girls while they use it.
I don't see any benefit to having your husband release twice in one day since you've already done the FR but as long as it's 12 hours before (and not like 1-2 hours) then it's ok if you want to try it. Will really cut odds of conception.

:agree: ok I've seen more people get girls with Acijel so I trust that more. No need to do both Sylk and Acijel, just one or the other.
Again, I can't tell your husband what to take without the sway plan since I don't know anything about his health. Neither licorice root or peppermint tea has really seemed to help. Soy milk, I do think helps. 12-48 oz. a day and only if he is in good overall health and does not have any allergies or thyroid problems.
No, he should not add cranberry, he's already taking the olive leaf and you have to pick either cranberry or OLE.
I can't tell you what supplements to take either without a sway plan. Peppermint tea has not worked and it's really cut odds of conception for those over 35. Fiber I recommend for most people. You also need to take folic acid or folate.
If you think you have higher testosterone I would recommend a different diet than the one you are currently using. I would follow one of the recommendations in this thread (there are two variations of diet in this thread) https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html These diet changes will help lower your testosterone and blood sugar and will sway pink.
I also recommend doing exercise if at all possible, as it really helps improve your overall blood sugar in a more pink friendly way. And lower blood sugar leads in turn to lower testosterone.

You can, but I personally think people do experience an unacceptible level of side effects with them. Your call to make, of course, but just be aware they can delay or even stop ovulation.

Hi again ;)
I have not started my sway yet, but this month we will give it a try ;) I think it is easier for us to do the Abstain from cyclus day 1 to 12.....
Or would you prefer the FR for us? I think this is hard to handle for us. Possible would be CD 7 /12 or 13 but this will be Boy friendly, right? How many days Minimum Abstinence is okay? 4 days?
Do you think it has an effect on the gender if a woman might have too manx T-Levels in her Body? Could it be possible that woman with too much Testosteron have more Boys than Girls?

Hii..
Abstain and frequent release are not recommended by atomic. As both cut odds of conception..
Pink swayers here usually do regular release and one attempt, if you wish to..

But a lot of people still want to try abstain or FR, though. I let anyone who wants to try them, do that for a month or two when starting out if they want.

If your husband can't do FR, then do abstain. But if he is over 35, abstain can make unhealthy sperm. In that case, if he is over 35 but cannot do FR, then please do regular release every 2-4 days and one attempt.
THere is no minimum abstinence. The important thing is the one attempt, that is the thing that matters the most.
No, I am not convinced that testosterone is really what is swaying. There is too much information that seems to disprove that. Some believe that to be true, but I'm not one of them. I think it has to do with estrogen levels instead, possibly.
