A-Gender diet questions and Magnesium

First question is what do you think about the A-gender diet? Is that ok to follow? And then also if I DON'T take the calcium is it ok to take magnesium or do you feel that it sways boy or is there no need for it?

I don't know exactly what is on the A-Gender diet and if anyone wants to PM it to me, I can have a look and report on it.

I think nutrients across the boards sway blue and there is really very little point of taking just the mag without the cal if you're trying for a FGD-style approach.
