Asked my grandmother for her famous cranberry relish (way better than any cranberry sauce you have ever had!) Was surprised it was very girl-diet friendly!
1 lb cranberries, chopped fine (use food processor)
2 green apples, peeled and chopped fine
10 oz pk. frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup orange marmalade
Mix together and let sit overnight so the flavors combine. It is sooooo good and pretty good for the girl diet (ok lemons and oranges are not but it's thanksgiving, cheat a little, or leave them out and see how it is!)
