Hi! I did sway pink, I can post more about what I did/didn't do below, but wanted to post my 13w1d ultrasound pic (baby was measuring 13w5d). I do not know the gender for sure, and actually won't find out until birth, but so I tend to obsess over the nub because of that! I'm really hoping pink, obviously, and wish I knew for sure, but am over the moon to have a healthy baby so far nonetheless.
I started my sway a little too strict and actually started having trouble with my cycle because of it. So I had to add in a lot more calories and fat and I was convinced I was messing up the whole sway, but seeing as I wanted to start ttc in May and my cycle was missing I needed to make changes. I still skipped breakfast and drank a cup of black coffee to start my day, I ate lunch around 12/1pm and then dinner around 6/7pm with dessert most nights to add calories. I did my best to forego snacking in between the main meals, but I honestly think I had upped my calories between those two meals to something near 2200/day. I went easy on the meat but for the most part at this point was making whatever the rest of the family wanted for dinner, nothing special food wise for me. And because I finally ovulated again in June (so was a month late) and was scared to not ttc, we had sex for the two days leading up to and on O day (when originally I was going to just do every 3-4 days). In the end, if this sway worked, I think letting go of a lot of the "rules" I was holding on to and restrictions really helped me. It made the whole thing a lot easier to live by and just go with.
