TTC a Girl Sway Attempt

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
My last (failed) sway, I went vegetarian and tried to follow the LE plan, but this time, I started lightly following the LE plan and had to adjust over the next several months. So, longer on the diet. First, I lost too much weight, then switched to LE PCOS...so lots of tweaking. I also didn't eat until AFTER a workout, daily. Which meant I may not eat, other than coffee, until noon, 1 or even 2:00. I also was better about really avoiding snacks this round, probably about 80% of the time. I had cheats, but try not to beat myself up about it.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Lightly started in January, got more strict March - June. First attempt was in June, and stayed on the diet until August's BFP.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He avoided red meat, and had soy and OLE daily (most of the time).
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly

I cut back on dairy a lot, which I know has mixed beliefs when TTCG. But with all my boys I ate loads of yogurt and dairy, so I thought, maybe try something different.

About 102 lbs
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I actually gained a few pounds in the month leading up to my BFP, which makes me nervous. I was able to hold steady at about 98-100 up until then.

I was also on Spironolactone for almost a year. I dabbled with cranberry and baby aspirin, but not every day and only week leading up to O. DH did LR and a little cranberry, but less than recommended dosage.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Length of time on the diet, even though it wasn't perfect. Working out daily on an empty stomach, and avoiding snacks (which was really hard for me). I think I followed the best I could do, honestly. And the Clomid!
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
The last month's weight gain, and was only working out 30 minutes a day (but every day). Perhaps the extra pounds helped me conceive though. And, I have 3 boys. And it's silly, but the dang full moon! I've conceived them all in a full moon.
Things worth mentioning:
I prayed and prayed and prayed throughout this sway. If it doesn't happen for me, then it just wasn't meant to be.
