Hi all,

I started RePhresh on Tuesday. Was fine except for the intial yuck after using it, used it again last night (Friday) and today I got a + OPK. Was planning to DTD tonight, but now I've started to bleed and it appears to be from some kind of irriration along my vaginal walls :((

Two questions: Still safe to attempt to DTD? Has this happened to anyone else? And the RePHresh is in general making my VJ very uncomfortable.

Plus sides: I have no EWCM at all, and usually by this time, I'm drowning in it, but i feel very "off" down there and it's bugging me.

Not that matters much, as my husband is in one of his "moods" as he worked 12+ hours yesterday on Black Friday (he works in retail) and then a 9 hour day today. He keeps complaining about how his body hurts so I very well DOUBT I'll be able to lure him in bed with me tonight

This month is probably out, unless I can work some magic the next two days, maybe better luck on Christmas.

That is odd, I never had any discomfort at all from using the Rephresh. Have you been checking your cervix, is it possible that you've accidentally cut yourself a little? Blood has a high pH but the Rephresh should rectify that.

I had no issues with it at all, perhaps you have some slight allergic reaction to it?

I think I accidentally scratched the skin on the inside lip (sorry for TMI) cuz it was spotting for an hour or two last night, and then it stopped suddenly and has not come back.

though it did make me feel very uncomfortalbe and when we did do the deed I had NO problem not O'ing, I wasn't feeling myself down there, so hopefully that will make it better for TTC a girl, heh.

thanks for the replies....it just scared me last night to see some blood, but it wasn't even a lot, just a tiny bit. Sure it was from a cut or that I just wiped too hard (sorry again for TMI)....

Don't worry about asking, that's what we're here for.

It is possible to be allergic to ANYTHING (I am allergic to sock elastic haha) so if you are having irritation, you could have had an allergic reaction. I do agree that if you think you scratched yourself, that's the most likely because I think an allergic reaction would have caused itching as well.

I sometimes bleed a little around O, but not from rephresh. I love rephresh! But like AS said, you can be allergic to anything!
