I only used guafanesin tablets for a few days before ovulation. Not really sure if it helped much with CM.

If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? HE(High Everything)
Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Always make sure I have breakfast. Usually a toast with butter or a toast with scrambled eggs.
Lunch: soup & sweet potato fries, pizza, burgers, leftovers or eat out with coworkers
Dinner: meat and carb. I increased red meat intake. Steak & mashed potatoes, pasta bolognese, stir-fried meat with veggies, etc.
Always snack throughout the day (beef jerky, dark chocolate with sea salt, nuts, or fruits).
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I think I always had a relaxed HE diet, but more intense in April since we planned to start TTC in May. But my brother got really sicked and kinda passed it to DH, so we delayed one cycle.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He eats whatever I make.

My brother was sick, so I made fresh orange juices for both DH and me in May and June and surprisingly that really helped increase CM

Used Preseed before all our attempts. Missionary with legs over DH shoulder. Big O before and after DH. Put pillows under and lay for 30 minutes before getting up.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Had more CM than usual. I was happy with my diet and exercise overall. And I really hope that it is a really good sign since we got pregnant on first cycle trying.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Slacked off on exercise a week or two before our attempts. DH was nervous, so we couldn't have an attempt the morning after +OPK
Things worth mentioning:
This is our first baby, so I will be happy with whatever the gender is. But really hope first one would be a boy just because I always wanted to have a big brother growing up
