Can i ovulate same day that i got my LH test positive?

Hi dear friends. As im having problems with ovulation and taking clomid from 5th till 9th of the cycle i decided to take this months those lh stick tests and also take my temperature.
Well yesterday my 13th day of the cycke in the morning i got my firts positive in lh test. So i thought i will be ovulation today my 14th cycle day or tomorrow my 15th cycle day. Is that right?
Well my doubt is that my temperature is does not say the same.
On my 12th day (lh tedt negative my temp was 36.7 centigrades. On my 13th cycle day (lh test positive) my temp went down to 36.4 centigrades. Today mu 14th day of the cycle ( i was expecting to ovulate today or tomorrow regarding my lh test result) my temp raised to 37.8 centigrades... im really confused! Did i ovulated same day my lh test gave positive. Can still ovulate with high temperature. I know temperature raises a day after ovulation. Isnt it? My ovaries still hurt. Im attaching my chart. I would appreciate your advice. My doc do not make scans for me just medication and i really want to know if im ovulating. Thank you!

Ok, I did write a little bit more about this in your other thread.

But based on your chart your temperature is not even above coverline yet. We cannot confirm ovulation till you have had 3 temps above coverline so for now I would assume that you have not ovulated yet.

To answer your question, yes you can ovulate the same day as your positive OPK. Or, you can also have a slow temp rise. Either option is possible so for now we can't know what is happening. I would still have another attempt (even though I know you don't want to!) LOL

Haha thank you mu friend. I did my attempt yesterday following your advice ��. Today my temp still high. 15th day of the cycle. Let see what happens tomorrow. May be we skip today and attemp again tomorrow
