BD for pink sway

Hi atomic
My ovulation and cycle length is a moving target off late and I'm taking each cycle as it comes. Pre planning of BD strategy is not working out anymore :) I've been TTC since June and usually have 32 day cycles with random longer ones!

Today is CD 28 and I got my peak positive opk this morning. Yesterday afternoon was the first onset of pos opk, but not peak.

We Bded yesterday night. We also Bded on Sunday as we were clueless about possible ovulation at that time.

I was hoping to end up with one attempt, but more importantly, I want to be pregnant.

So my question below is :
1. The BD on Sunday and BD yesterday at first positive opk was 48 hours apart. Will this be counted as two attempts? On Sunday, I had neg opk and sticky CM.

2. If I BD again today (given that it's peak opk), will that be very blue friendly?

Yes the attempt 2 days apart would count as two.

I do think adding an attempt would be pretty blue friendly and I'd have you stick with the two attempts you've had. BUT the Sunday attempt, if you O tomorrow, will be a pretty long shot and so for best odds of conception you'd need another attempt.

To sum up:

For best chance of pink, stick with attempt you've had
For best odds of conception, have another attempt.

Thanks atomic! I think I'll stick to the attempt I had. What are the results like for 2 attempts? Darn it, I wish I hadn't Bded on Sunday!

Hdp i wouldnt get other attempt. I think u did just one attempt coz if u ovulate on Thursday bd from Sunday would too far. I bd the same on Thursday after on Saturday and i ovulated on Monday. Good luck:luck:

So it's Thursday and my CB and stick is still showing positive. No temp rise yet. I never have 48 hours of surge. More like 24. Last attempt was at Tuesday. Looks like I may ovulate later today. Is Tuesday attempt still a good chance for pregnancy?

Hdp i think u have very good chance:fingers:i couldnt get pregnant in ovulation day, neither one day before but i managed it 2 days before ovulation.

Barely lower than one attempt but I don't know if that is a legit finding or as a result of people only going to 2 attempts after having done diet for 12+ weeks.

Thanks for all the support above. I know I ovulated this morning. So we did end up BDing tonight. I was sort of on the fence about should I/should I not! It just happened spontaneously, so I guess that settled my dilemma.

I really hope and pray that the girl sperm from 2 days ago met the egg earlier today. If there was none left, I hope tonight's attempt caught the egg! I think I Bded in a somewhat blue friendly way, but I leave the rest up to God!
Please keep your FX and pink dust for me. Thank you!!

AF rang today ladies. I really thought o-2 will be a good attempt, but no luck. In the past, I've been doing my one attempt at o-1 and no luck there too.
Hopefully next month is my time!
