Thanks ladies :) so I'm only 3 dpo and a few strange things going on.I have more fertile CM now than I did at O.tmi lots,but then In thinking it's because I was taking the antihistamine at O KWIM.also my cervix is so high I can barely reach it.it feel as firm as it usually would at this many DPO but way high up.something or nothing I suppose.time wil tell.sorry your out TTC5 and LBAM and YM hope you get that BFP.I soo want to wait till Christmas day to test nut I know what I'm like,usually a 7DPO gal lol.and I have 25 10 mui test here callin my name.at this moment I am resisting but I can't say how long that will last.also in the past I've had BFP 9 and 10 DPO so even if I get a BFN Christmas day.I will be hopeful for boxing day.I just know I'm going to be devastated if we havnt caught that egg this month.last attempt was as close o perfect I could ever get it and TBH I havnt the energy to do it all again next month.well rant over GL everyone !

I'm starting to get nervous bc the little things I've been feeling aren't getting more noticeable and my temps are holding steady at their normal rate with no increase....I can't remember when they would normally rise for me, only that I've never gotten a BFP before 12dpo. Maybe this isn't my month either with all the bfn's in the air! Of course, they say boys are more fragile at all stages, so it's prob harder to get a sticky boy bean!

I appear to be 4dpo today (we’ve got similar O dates, Just1Wish). FF changed my O date from the 13th to the 15th over the weekend so I’m not as far along as I had hoped. I guess it doesn’t matter if I get a BFP out of this cycle! I was looking back at my FF charts and it looks like in every chart except my BFP in July, I had a dip around 2/3dpo. I had that same dip this time so I’m thinking it’ll end up in a BFN this cycle :( I used copious and frequent amounts of RepHresh so I’ll be scaling back on that next time for sure! I’ve never used RepHresh before so I just wanted to DTD w/all my guns blazing…Maybe it was overkill.

Oh, J1W, I hope so!!! My plan is to take my 1st test on Christmas. If I know myself then probably from 7DPO cos I hav 10miu tests but having said this from my own experience I havnt found these to be very reliable.when TTC last I used them and didn't get my BFP until I had a + on a clearblue digi so I will use them just because I'm a POAS addict and will save ALOT of money using these.EVen If I'm blessed to have a BFP before Christmas no doubt I will still tet for a week or so after as I have done with other pregnancys so all being well would still see the BFP Christmas day.I go from being confident I'm pregnant to thinking there's no chance and I could be thinking either at any given minute.very exhausting but just knowing there's a chance keeps my spirits up.I had a few cheat days on the diet after O but back to it today and from here on just in preparation for next month (soo hope I won't need to tho) I'm feeling a little crampy backache this evening which I don't usually feel until 7DPO but I'm going to try my hardest not to obsess.(easier said than done I know. :)

I haven't used FF in awhile...I use an app on my phone called PinkPad and I really like it. Back when I was using FF, it would ALWAYS show my O later than when I know for a fact that it happened. I think it's because it is so rigid on where it sets the cover line with the temps for me. Anyway, I wish I could share my charts on here, but I've never figured out how to do that from PinkPad.

I really don’t understand why FF would change it b/c it just “looks” like it would have been the 13th too. I was looking at PinkPad last night on my iPad and I like the looks of it better but I’m too lazy to punch in any data at this point, lol.

Ha, ha…DH was just saying last night that w/as much BD as we did, there’s no way we’re not preg! I’ll feel really bad for him if AF comes and have to carry out the “DTD like rabbits” marathon again. I am glad, though, that we used so much RepHresh b/c I would have had regrets if we didn’t. I feel really strongly about going w/my gut when it comes to swaying/TTC b/c then at least for me, I won’t have regrets if I do what I think is right at the time.

Okay, ladies…Let’s talk symptoms! I thought I’d convinced myself to stick my fingers in my ears and just ignore the whole 2ww thing this time around but then what fun would that be??? :p I’m back to analyzing and over analyzing symptoms lately and I just can’t help myself. When I was TTC last June (my 1st attempt), I had EVERY SINGLE SYMPTOM in the book! You name it, I had it and then some. When BFNs turned into AF, I just couldn’t believe I’d not conceived! The next month when I got my surprise BFP (we’d taken a break from TTC and the diet), I had NO real symptoms at all! The only thing I can remember is that I was more hungry, maybe a bit more tired and when I would try to check my cervix, it was closed and pretty firm but the girth was a lot bigger. It just never got thin and small like it usually does before AF.

Honestly I think I’m feeling symptoms just to make myself “think” I’m preg to give me hope (which is not working b/c for me symptomless 2wws = BFPs while symptomful 2wws = BFN for me). FWIW, here’s what I’ve got today (at 5, 6 or 7dpo):

• Hungry!!!
• Frequent urination
• Cramps
• Not sleeping well
• Getting hot (when I used to always be freezing!)
• Tired (probably b/c I’m not sleeping well)…I can’t stop yawning…

I really do hope you all will play the symptoms game w/me! I’m going crazy here and I don't want to go crazy alone, lol! I just want to test already and then move on!

I'm off to take a quick :sleeping: before I have to take DS1 to the Dr....I just want to sleep and eat, lol.

Jen, I know how you feel!! My two BFPs I'v had my boys snuck on me and surprised me! I wasn't expecting or even trying (lord we were trying to prevent with pull out method) so they both shocked me. But everytime we've had a definite opps or have been trying, I've conjured up tons of symptoms that all turn into AF! it's so frustrating....

I should be ovulating on the 25th, Christmas Day! If not then, surely on the 26th. I am definitely a CD 12-14 (usually 13) kind of gal, at least since I've had DS2. Before DS2, for years and years I was 30 day cycle (sometimes) 31 or 29 gal. Ever since my period came back from BFing DS2, I have been strict 28 day cycle only....so I know they say regular cycles are bad for TTC girl, but it is a slightly different pattern than it was when I concieved boys so here's hoping!

I can't wait until next week so I can be in the 2WW!!

That was one of my more noticeable symptoms with my last BFP. This LE diet makes me cold all the time, but suddenly I wasn't feeling cold anymore....I really hope it's a good sign for you too! :fx:

Thanks, OOTB! I really love PinkPad, and I tell all my friends about it who aren't even TTC because it's a great way to keep up with AF...it sends notifications when the flowers are blooming and when AF is expected to come soon.

I did't read through all the posts before posting some replies, so some of these will be duplicated from those replies, but here's what I have 9dpo
-sore BB
-heightened sense of smell
-cramping (for the past week, actually)
-very emotional at insignificant things
-tired (but that's typical with 3 kids 5 and under!)
-have to pee a lot (but I've been drinking a lot of water to try to help with the crampy feeling)

I'm trying to hold out on going to the potty though (yes, I'm around my kids way too much and say potty!) for about 6 hours trying to use an OPK today as an HPT if that's possible? I heard it was, but not sure. I just don't want to waste an HPT.

Ok, so I googled using an OPK as an HPT, and it doesn't sound very accurate since OPK's are much less sensitive than HPT and are testing a "similar link" between LH and HCG. I took one anyway since I had an abundance of strips...and I got a faint line! So, now I'm obsessing over what that means because I never get a line (even faint) until about 3 days before I'm supposed to O. So, that means it's either detecting more LH in my system than usual, or possible PG? :confused:

I wonder if the fertile CM means anything.I know it's out of the ordinary for me cos I checked my charts and I'm usually sticky or creamy after O. I think you deserve a great big pat on the back for being 9DPO and not POAS.I only wish I had your will power.I honestly think from your symptoms you've described your in with a very good chance.when will you test ? As for OPK as HPT I've done this before when TTC last and for me the OPK only was + when the HPT was + also.but in your case because your not using HPT at the moment if you use an OPK and it's + I would say there was a very good chance you are pregnant.KMFX for you.GL !

I'm going to do an HPT and another OPK tomorrow am...My HPT strips are 25mIU, so they aren't as sensitive as some others...so I"m fully expecting a neg tomorrow, esp since I've never gotten a bfp earlier than 12 dpo...but here's hoping for a happy ending for the both of us! :)

I used an OPK last time I was preg but it was about 20dpo by the time I got around to playing around w/them out of curiousity after I'd gotten my BFsurprise!P at 15dpo. It was + at that time but that was at 20dpo(ish).

I know that ovulations tests alone aren't the best way to tell when you ovulate but they seem to have been pretty accurate with me in the past. AF usually arrives exactly 14 days after my 1st positive on the OPKs I normally use, which are the Up&Up (target brand) strips that come 20 to a tube (they are very similar to internet cheapies). This cycle I decided to also use a clear blue digital ovulation test (the one with the smiley). But I wanted to see if you ladies agree with my thinking.
CD13 Morning: negative strip, did not take digital
Afternoon:negative strip, positive digital
CD14 Morning strip iffy and digital negative,
Late morning 10:30 (but 4 hours later) both positive
CD 15-16 Morning and afternoon strip positive, digital negative

Based on this I really feel that I ovulated late on CD 14. We DTD CD 11 (wasn't expecting positive OPK just on a fluke), CD13 and CD14. Would you agree with this?

I'm about to go out and buy a FRER test because I am so over these cheapo strips I ordered on the internet. I got 40opk and 10hpt for 9.99...you get what you pay for, right? The opks worked great, but the HPT's seem like crap. Hoping 12dpo will be my lucky number:pray:

It’s okay, Yah!!!! I don’t think I’ve ever got a + before 12dpo and actually I think mine were all on or after 14dpo now that I think about it. Some of those ICs are completely worthless! I’ve found a great kind of OPKs and HPTs now but I had some real duds before. You are wise to buy some other tests! I think the sore BBs are a really good sign, especially if you’re not BF right now. I’ll never forget my 1st pregnancy and those sore BBs!!! I didn’t know what hit me, especially having never been preg before. I’ve never felt them again w/my other pregnancies b/c I’ve always been BF so I don’t seem to get that soreness.

As I said yesterday, I really think you’re preggo b/c those are all really strong signs and you still are early. :fx: for you and of course am sending you heaps and heaps of blue dust!!! :luck:

I'm feeling super tired and crampy...Probably not true signs yet b/c I'm only 7dpo and I've got a bad cold. I'm kind of tempted to test sooner than Sunday so if there is a BFP earlier, I can buy some goodies to make/eat on Christmas. I think that's good that you didn't take up charting this time if you've not done it before b/c you may have been too stressed out.

Hello beautiful mamas!! I am jumping in here as I O'd on the 23rd... on with the 2WW! We have been swaying for a GIRL but not really doing stellar at it... so we shall see. I just had my IUD removed on the 9th and was so thrilled my body jumped right on board with a normal cycle first month out! we have 3 handsome DS so whether we are blessed with a DS or a DD I will just be thrilled to have a beautiful happy baby! (but... ya know... pink would be super flippin awesome, just sayin! haha)

I went to dinner and a movie with my mom last night and while we were waiting on a table she said "I really think you are going to be having another baby soon." I have not told my mom we decided to TTC I was going to wait to even tell her if I got pregnant. Then after we sat down for dinner we were eating our salads and my mom just suddenly said "do you think you're pregnant now?" Well I'm a terrible liar and when I tried to say "no" she could tell I wasn't telling the truth so I told her there is a possibility and she got so excited and wanted me to take a pregnancy test that moment so I had to tell her it was too early (only 7DPO). Well then I went to the restroom before we left dinner and went twice while we were in the movie and while we were leaving she said "what does that mean" and then she laughed and said "I guess I'm probably reading too much into this now." I totally caved and took a test this morning and it was negative but I'm not discouraged at all about it because after thinking about it even though technically 8DPO I'm closer to 7DPO because I'm pretty sure I Oed really late at night.

It's silly how excited I get every month when I get those crosshairs :rofl:. I was actually excited at bedtime last night thinking I could take my temp in the morning and hopefully see the red lines appear. I think we have to find simple pleasures while TTC because we often face so many disappointments. I'm the same way when I get a smilie on my digi OPK...

Anyway, I hadn't looked at your chart until Z mentioned it, Jen, but those temps still are quite promising. I'm still holding out hope for you!

I'm just going to be completely honest with you ladies I'm probably not going to hold off to test mainly out of curiosity I really like to play with pee sticks and I have a ton of them :). I might try to wait until Thursday but probably not longer than that. I know I got one early with DS2 i think 4-5 days before AF I'm not sure exactly the days because I wasn't charting or using OPKs and i ovulated late that cycle according to my 6 week ultrasound.

But I did think it was pretty crazy that my mom said that. Also I know some of you probably think I'm setting myself up for disappointment but just being honest I will be surprised if I don't get a BFP this cycle just because of how I'm feeling now. I know I'll be sad as well but mainly surprised.

FYI---I keep testing with my Internet cheapos since I got my BFP last Thursday, and they are STILL negative!!! I used the last FRER to get a good photo this am and it is nice and dark. All that to say, some tests are crappy and shouldn't be trusted!!!

No, I haven't seen those...but the brand name of these are "Clinical Guard" in case they are made by the same company. Their OPKs worked fine, but the HPTs almost seem like duds.

i think yes, you can... because since ive been on this girly diet im on i drink fluids like crazy and so i dont hardly ever have darker urine even my first trip in the mornings, but im thinking your hormones should still be concentrated in the first morning shot just like when its darker colored. how many DPO are ya now Jamie?

Yes, I know! I'm still holding onto hope about that post that said low hcg= XY!!! Because even my FRER was faint until 14dpo!

So the line is definitely not a lot darker this morning but I see it a little better. I took the test yesterday at 3pm after not going to the bathroom for almost 4 hours and I took this test at 5am after not going for 5 hours. So it's only been 14 hours since my last tests so I guess I can't expect it to suddenly be super dark.
10DPO but really closer to 9DPO because I ovulated late at night on the 19th and I took this test today (the 29th) at 5am.

I had a :tissue: week.... I knew AF was due the 22nd so I took a test and all I got was double evap lines 30mins after testing, I was a little hopeful but then a few hours later AF. I spent a few days in bed crying. We had a great Christmas and my DS1 got what he asked Santa for, candycanes. DS2 got Thomas the Trains tracks and buildings and did nothing but play with them all day, he spent a minute riding on his dump truck. DS1 also got trains and out door toys. We always enjoy visit our family and friends for a week, normally 2wks but hubby is on call this coming weekend. But the whole time I had this thought in my head... someone is missing, someone else should be apart of the family, she is really wanted :tissue:

Purple poet I really hope you get your BFP this cycle (as well as everyone else waiting). I think it's looking good because with my last two pregnancies as soon as I announced it seemed like everyone around me did as well, I used to joke with DH and say everyone was trying to steal my thunder. So hopefully that will happen around here as well!

Sorry - I was travelling all day yesterday and am just catching up now. My original plan was to wait until 10dpo to test, but now I'm thinking I'll test Monday, or I might even waste a test on Sunday just for the heck of it - I'll be 8dpo, so very unlikely, but I *did* get a BFP with my twins at 8dpo.... I have 3 FRERs ready to go and I can't wait to start using them! I've been cramping, have gobs of creamy cm and sore/full boobs on and off.

I have been cramping all day today too, same CM as you and boobs are only tender if my DD is crawling all over me and puts an elbow or foot on them lol. I only have cheap ebay HPT's so i will do one at 10dpo but i don't really expect to see anything, i actually didn't have a + result with DD until after AF was due. Good luck to you, your symptoms sound promising!

Thanks - honestly, I'm not 100% sure I'm actually 7dpo. FF keeps trying to change my O-date around, so I have stubbornly switched the settings to 'research' since that's the only way I can get the chart to agree with when I think O arrived. According to FF's 'advanced' setting, I'm either 5dpo or 6dpo instead, but my temps for the past week haven't been reliable because I've been staying with my in-laws and having very disrupted sleep in the same room as all 3 of my kids, so I'm choosing to go with my personal interpretation of my body's signals instead.

Mocha + Cinss - I'm close in dpo to you (5dpo today)... will be testing a week today at 12dpo if I make it that long. It's unusual for me as normally when TTC I'm just desperate to test, but I don't have that feeling this time. I haven't actually had a LP longer than 9 days so far anyway so even reaching 12dpo I'll be happy if AF shows up, as that was my old LP length and it'd mean we actually had a shot of conceiving this cycle. So anyway, fingers crossed the witch stays away for the next week!

Mocha - yes trust your instincts and the signs your body gives you, no computer program can be 100% accurate when it comes to each indevidual.

I am symptomless in my 2WW except for falling asleep on my hub's lap the last two nites, but I dunno, but for some reason, I am always more tired/sleepy after O, maybe it's progesterone...

I still don't think it happened this cycle, so I'm worry free, just going to enjoy this night and all the good things the new year may bring....

Speaking of sleepiness, DH and I decided for some reason to spend our first New Year's with a willing babysitter (my Mom) since having kids going to a movie. I wasn't really enjoying the movie, and I fell asleep for almost the whole thing :oops:.

Well, I'm 7dpo now. Don't know when to test. AF is due Wed/Thursday. I wish I could say I had symptoms but I've felt pregnant since May (I swear I'm having a hysterical pregnany) so I forget what "normal" feels like. lol

We've tried (lightly and usual last minute decision) at least every other month since spring so I HIGHLY doubt it worked this time either. :(

I don't want to test too early so I'll probably wait until Thursday if AF has shown up.

4dpo and just had a bout of runs again for the second morning in a row now.

I am approx 4DPO and this is happening to me, I thought of this post lol
It happened after dinner, it went straight through me. No one else in the family had it only me.
Been having some heartburn but I always get it before AF so can't rely on that as a sign.
