I think I’m miscarrying

I’m in shock, never been through this... started a few hours ago with heavy bleeding and cramping.
I’m 11 weeks. I’m so sad... i really hope this is just a scare. But this doesn’t seem like it... every article and blog I look at says spotting is normal.
This is more like a period rather than spotting.

Please know that many women do experience bleeding during pregnancy, many caused by a sch (see screenshot attached) some unexplained and yes some due to miscarrying. I hope so very much you have a happy outcome. Can you see your gp or ob today or tomorrow? If you're in Australia you could go to emergency and they'll do bloods and ultrasound? (My public hospital did in any case with my first mc)

Thank you so much pbn! As always.
I really hope its that.
I was given progesterone, And after 7 hours bleeding has almost vanished.
I have an ultrasound at 6:30pm.
Guess ill just have to trust God. AND stop googling... google is not by my side right now.
