Hi looking to try to conceive a girl in next few months. I have 2 boys.
I want to start on some supplements but there are so many and all the posts I see don’t tell me how much to take and when (once a day or two)
Can someone help?
I guess I’m looking at magnesium and cranberry? Are there any more? Which brands should I order? I am a bit clueless.
Thank you

Hi and welcome to the site!
For ladies we are mostly just using fiber and folic acid or folate right now. The other supplements haven't worked and are either actually harmful and/or mess up the menstrual cycle badly.
For hubbies, most hubbies are doing only olive leaf extract and soy milk. Other supplements have not worked and have risks and side effects too (plus they're riskier and I can't tell u if they're ok for you guys or not.) Fiber may also help for him but that's not proven if he's not super interested in taking it.
Personally I've never recommended cranberry for the reasons outlined in this thread: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-girl-best-practices/7086-how-lower-ph-via-supps-cran-baby-aspirin-aspartame-other-techniques.html
And magnesium is at your discretion, personally I don't believe calcium and magnesium do anything helpful for pink sways AND I also don't find there's any point in taking mag without cal (since the only reason it was ever said to sway pink is because it is supposed to help magnesium work) And you can read more about that here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-girl-best-practices/62533-le-diet-faq-2-mineral-madness-edition.html
In my signature below there's a link to our complete index which has essays on most supplements and you can read them and see more info about anything you're interested in, or just ask, that's what I'm here for.
I don't recommend brands. There are too many and they're constantly changing them, and it would be a full time job just keeping up to speed on all of them let alone where they're available for various people. Any name brand you recognize and can get easily is fine.
