FSH that was hovering less than 8 only 6 months ago is now almost 30 (both taken day 3). Freaking out a little here. Is this from the sway? Still getting periods 16 days after Ov (confirmed temp). Could it be because of my recent loss? I think I developed a cyst the month after the loss. I am just finishing up first MC after loss.

FSH can go up and down quite dramatically.

I have not had sudden increases in FSH reported to me from swaying or from losses. I have read that some cysts can raise FSH levels.

Are you taking any nutrient supplements or herbs??

Thanks atomic. I'm taking folate 1000mg and ubiquinol 200 mg a day (because of my age). Nothing else.

My guess is a potential cyst, but you may want to talk to your doctor about that just to be certain.

Thanks. Very hesitant to even bother with a Dr at this point as they will just tell me i am too old to get pregnant and that it's a fluke I even conceived. Pretty much ready to their in the towel since before swaying my hormones were all in good range and normal. I think I just want to be pregnant with a healthy child. Being pregnant and miscarrying so soon has really left me in a depressed state. Thanks for all your help over the last few months and good luck to all the moms to be!

Dream, I would suggest rather than throwing in the towel totally, to switch to this type of diet if you're not on it already. https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-girl-best-practices/1865-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-1-blood-sugar-issues.html DO NOT just switch to a vegetarian diet (which many do in this situation) and do not go onto skim dairy, yo need full fat dairy only. THis will be far better for egg quality than most normal every day diets and will lower chances of losses.

While I know it's understandable to look at any perceived change in hormone levels and assume they're from swaying, this is really not something I've had reported to me. FSH does go up and down and I've had 2 people with FSH measured in the 30's that then went on to have not one but two babies after being told by doctors they were menopausal. So the FSH of all the numbers you receive doesn't really tell you anything terribly reliable.
