What do i do?

My nearly 2 year old daughter has an eyelash in her eye, on the white part, it doesn't seem to be bothering her, but i know how irritating that is. She will chuck a fit if i splash her face with water, and she is not letting me touch it...???

I usually fold up and use the corner of a piece of toilet paper and dab it just slightly onto the eyelash. It usually adheres itself to the paper. Not sure if that's the right thing to do but it works for me! LOL
