I started the cranberry pills, and I am on a prenatal. I bought calcium and magnesium supplements but read on here that they aren't really for girls. So I am so confused at this moment. lol. I was going to try the shettle's method. My boys were all conceived on ovulation day so I was thinking before ovulation would be best for me. Started temping and charting.

I have not been taking the cal or mag nor the cranberry I have been taking Vitex, Saw Palmetto , folic acid and HEAPS of equal tablets daily also I use Rephresh. I want less vitamins in my body as I can I guess

What does the vitamins do?? And what is rephresh?? So new to this. Also what does the vitex do? Any advice helps so much! :)
I pretty much know my problem is what I use to eat, salty foods and potassium. Also I know my boys were conceived on ov day. Also I think they say top position favors boys? I am so new to this I have heard so many methods and its like a overwhelming feeling of information processing everywhere. haha :)
