NT Scan at 13w4d - Any Gender Guesses?!

This is Baby A, who wouldn't show my perinatologist the goods, but he confirmed that Baby B is a boy. This picture is the one that the tech took and she wouldn't talk gender at all! Any ideas?!?!?!

Thanks for your reply! I'm thinking girl, too, but it's hard to get my hopes up. I have two boys and twin b is a boy, so it's hard to imagine there is anything but another little boy in there. I thought the skull looked girlie too - here is a pic of baby b and he definitely looks like a boy!
