So I am 30 with adenomyosis, my ob isn't convinced I can stay pregnant anymore. We did IVF and transferred a total of 5 girls. All of them stuck and resulted in early losses except one that made it to 16 weeks but looked like a boy. ( since people probably don't remember my story lol) So I have talked DH into letting me ttc naturally 1 month before we give up and I get a hysterectomy.(he is pushing to before the new year because we are at my out of pocket) I know I don't have great odds for a sway because I won't be on the diet for more than a couple weeks. I am going to see if my RE will give me Clomid.

With having issues getting pregnant would it still be best to do e4d? Or would that lower my chances to much? We concieved both our boys with only 1 try in my ovulation week. They are 3&2. So frustrated I'm having so many issues getting pregnant and they aren't that old!

Just to clarify again I do not think that was a boy.

I want you to do e4d plus one more attempt at positive OPK OR SMEP to really maximize odds of conception. Don't worry about swaying. You need to be in with maximum chances of conceiving since this is the only month you have.

Is there any way you can preserve your ovaries for a possible surrogate pregnancy in the future?? Or freeze some eggs if the ovaries need to be removed?

I am SO very sorry to hear things have been so difficult for you. Please let us know how we can help!!!

Thank you for the reply, your always so helpful. I plan on leaving my ovaries and cervix. I definitely want to leave the option open for a surrogate. We looked into it for my last 2 embryos we just couldn't afford it. What is SMEP? Would you recommend I take any suppliments? I think with my sway plan a couple years ago I did vitex (which I think lowers fertility to much right?), saw plemento, and asprin.

Yes please leave those supplements out totally. They would not be appropriate in this situation.

Oh that's great news about your ovaries/cervix.

SMEP is here and I would have you very seriously consider doing this. We really need to put swaying on the back burner here and have you in with best chances of conception and I think SMEP is the best way to do that. Barring that, do go with the e4d (Mon/Thurs pattern, or every 72 hours whichever is easer for you to understand) with one more attempt at pos OPK.
