Stevia for sway?

Hello ladies,

What is Stevia? I saw this in the list for boy sway. Is this something we can substitute for sugar or does it sway? i don't use real sugar for anything so I am not sure if I should use Stevia.

It is a sugar substitute--made from natural plant sources. It is the only boy friendly sweetener. You don't HAVE to use it, but if you choose to sweeten things, you can do it with Stevia. It is the only alkaline sweetener out there. I used it in my green tea on occasion.

You can also have sugar, of course, as long as you're sure to eat some protein along with it!!
