Another site I'm on the buzz is that HCG clears the blood before the urine. So if you test neg on a blood test you could still test pos on a hpt test? Some mention that it could be because of the waste in your urine vs your blood.
Are there any studies that suggest this? I'm not coming up w/ anything?

It is possible to have HCG in the urine and not the blood if you have experienced a chemical pregnancy. If a woman is pregnant, the HCG can be detected in her blood before it can be detected in her urine, because it takes days for enough HCG to leave her system and end up in the urine. If a woman experiences a chemical pregnancy or early miscarriage, the HCG will begin to leave her blood******, and will be flushed out via her urine. Therefore, even if a woman is no longer present, HCG can still be detectable in her urine as it passes out of her body, and can result in a false test result.

That's what I've read, just no actual studies. Thank you :) . I'm dealing w/ either some left over HCG in my system from my m/c or a new pg. Just have to wait it out to be more obvious.
