Hi,
I am a mum of 2 super sweet little boys. I swayed for my second child for a girl but got a boy. I did not mind at all him being a boy but stil dream to have a little girl.
Now I want to sway again for a girl and have some questions about this
1) I have followed the LE diet that resulted in my little boy and i have read that you can better follow the PCOS diet if you have had an opposite?
2) I do not have PCOS, so is drinking coffee allowed?
3) what else can I do?
I have to do IUI with donor sperm, do I have a chance for a girl?
I will try to get clomid from my fertility doctor, would that increase my chances?

1) Yes that's what I like anyone who's had an opposite to do - go onto PCOS-type diet here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html
2)Yes you can still do PCOS-type diet and get good results even without PCO being diagnosed.
Yes you can have coffee on the PCOS-type diet. Coffee is ok on that diet and if you'd like I can explain why
3)Exercise!! Great pink sway tactic. One attempt if you can, but that's tough sometimes with donor sperm
4)We have actually had lots of girls conceived with donor sperm + IUI.
5)Yes Clomid does seem to help pink sways if you can get it!

Oh we were posting at the same time!
Please give me more than a couple days to reply before bumping your post. Since I go from old posts to new, when you bump your post that makes it go to my new posts and will actually make it take even longer to reply. This time it worked out because I was literally replying as you posted but I just want you to get your posts as fast as possible.

Some people with severe PCOS can't do coffee especially while they are on a poor diet that aggravates their PCOS. So you'll sometimes read things about PCOSers needing to avoid coffee. But this is NOT most people with PCOS and it's certainly not most people who are dieting with PCOS (because eating different type of diet can really do a lot to correct PCOS tendencies.) plus it sways pink.
Coffee for most people will over the course of time actually improve their insulin response and help with PCOS tendencies. But a few people who are eating poorly and/or have very severe PCOS have to give up coffee.
