Sway for baby girl

Can I do diet, douching, everyday BD before 2 days till fertile window and again BD 2-3 days before ovulation for successful girl sway.
If nothing pls suggest me some best sways but without abstain...

Most of us don't do douching here but diet and exercise are among our best sway tactics.

Abstain doesn't work so it's fine to leave that out. I answered more about that in one of your other threads.
