Calcium & Magnesium QUESTION!

While I was shopping this afternoon, I found a bottle of Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc -- all in one pill.

The supplement facts on the back of the bottle say...

Amount per Tablet -- % Daily Value

-Vitamin D3 200 I.U. -- 50%
-Calcium 333mg -- 33%
-Magnesium 133mg -- 33%
-Zinc 5 mg -- 33%

Would this work for a girl sway? If yes, would I take one pill a day, or how much?

Many ladies on here are on the Low Everything diet and don't take calcium and magnesium - but I think if you're going to take it then you don't want the other stuff in it too.

no, those are not good for a pink sway. I advise against anyone taking Vit.
