Do you need to go on the diet if your natural ph is already 4-4.5?

Also, for the raspberry supplements (taking 2 pills, so 8400mg) -- are you suppose to stop after you've ovulated? I think I read somewhere that you should only take them from AF to O. Is that correct? Thanks!

yes, the diet is thought to sway in other ways than just pH; for example, making your body think that times are hard so that girls are a safer bet, changing your hormone levels (testosterone, oestrogen, etc.)

why are you thinking of taking raspberry supplements? they're not part of a traditional sway...

sorry, I meant Cranberry (not raspberry) supplements. It's been a looong 2 days with the kids getting us up at like 5:30am every morning! :)

Thank you! Is there a reason why you shouldn't take it during your luteal phase? Is it harmful to do so?

I believe it's a blood thinner, so you just want to be careful and (from what I've read) shouldn't take it during pregnancy
some think it could prevent implantation

Cranberry causes miscarriage and can only safely be taken AF-O.

yes, you need to do diet regardless of pH. pH is about the LEAST of your worries with swaying.
