OPK important

Hello all..
Is it important to know my O day when I am trying for a pink sway (one attempt)...
Will it work if I know when I am probably Ovulating or should I buy the Ovulation predicting kit for better results...
Or is it ok to go with my guess as my periods are pretty regular..

No, it's not important if using the OPK and your ovulation day very often will change on LE Diet anyway.

And if you're doing e4d then you don't need to do OPK OR know your O day. You just have sex every 4 days as we've talked about and dont' worry about when the egg drops.
