Can anyone tell me if these herbal tea ingredients sway boy, girl, or neither? THanks!

Hibiscus
Roasted Chicory
Rosehips
Blackberry leaves
Chamomile
Hawthorn
Cloves
Corriander

And how bad is ginger? I know it is on the IG girl list, but it seems that all the teas I like have ginger in them (I like those spicy chai-type flavors).

I know I answered this in another thread already but I think all those are fine (even the ginger) in the small amounts that they are present in tea.

The one you have to watch for is cinnamon, which may lower blood sugar even in fairly small amounts. If you're only drinking a cup or two of tea a day, I suspect it's fine, but if it gets to be 4-6 cups, maybe too much.

Thanks for answering twice. :)

I think I will back off the cinnamon tea until after a BFP. I drank a lot of it before and had 2 BFNs, not sure if it had anything to do with that, but why risk it? I am drinking green tea instead. I just like a cup of something warm in the morning. :)

I hear ya on that - I always have drunk reg. or green tea with my boys.

In moderation, it is ok but be sure you're taking 2000 mcg (micrograms) of folic acid.

Remember, it does have caffeine tho so no more than 1-2 cups and don't drink anything else containing caffeine.

Thanks Atomic! Appreciate your advice. I am going to lay off on the green tea. I do eat some chocolate so I get some caffeine anyway lol
