I used the acijel the cycle I had my early loss. I’m wondering if that or any other tactics (not limited to this site) increase risk of loss?

I have a really indepth analysis of all the potential things that could be related to swaying that could in any way (even very unlikely things) in this thread. https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/29504-guide-swaying-after-miscarriage.html
I hope it's obvious that if I had any hard evidence that something may be causing miscarriages (especially something that is clearly doing nothing, like Acijel) that I would not recommend it or allow you guys to use it. I only want you guys to do swaying tactics that are safe and with full information about anything that could possibly be harmful. I drop things that I feel are unsafe and have done so with several things, including herbal supplements, cranberry/aspirin, and flaxseed for blue swayers. Safety first!

Thanks! For some reason I couldn’t find it.
I’ve dropped so many sway tactics because of my fear they caused the miscarriage. My next attempt is in less than a week and I’m starting to panic that diet, excercise, clomid, and one attempt are not enough. I keep telling myself that I sneak too many snacks and don’t workout long enough. I know the jellies do nothing and supliments are unsafe. My best friend even just had a girl after 3 boys without swaying. There is no way she was downing cranberries and Sudafed or using an acid based Jelly. The pregnancy was unplanned and pretty upsetting to her at first. Her personality is way way more Martha than mine and her life is no more chaotic than mine.
I’m working on letting go... But its not happening over night. I feel hopeless that I will ever have a daughter. I’m almost at the point where I don’t want to try. I’m already terrified of the ultrasound and I’m not even pregnant. However, I also know I surly won’t add a girl to our family if I dont try.

but diet, exercise, Clomid, and one attempt are the only things that worked. So you're not harming your sway any letting all that other stuff go. Just like you say, there is simply NO WAY that these things are necessary to a successful sway.
Try to keep in the back of your mind that your friend got a girl not only without swaying, but without even planning the pregnancy. There is something to that. While I don't want you guys to go nuts "trying to relax" because then all you do is start panicking because you're panicking, if that makes sense. My point is simply that the more you worry and obsess about "did I do this right? Did I do that right?" it's actually worse for your sway than nothing so just know that you've done the things that really work and try to just roll with that.
