Hi Atomic and thanks for reading this hope you will be able to help, am 28 yrs old, got 2 sons both of them gave birth through C/ section because of gestational hypertension, I don't know where it really came from it usually show when am due, my another issue is gain weight I gain more than 30 kgs while pregnant not willingly it jus happened, could that be the reason why got gestational hypertension or what. Now m about to ttc baby girl under swaying through LE diet and praying obviously but I don't want to gain that weight and I don't want to have hypertension. If you can help please

Well, some of us are just more prone to it than others. You do need to gain some weight during pregnancy.
