VitD 1x/d
Fish oil 1000mg every other day

DIET
Did you follow a diet plan?
Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? HE(High Everything)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Not so much of a change since I was eating already kind of boy friendly (calories wise...). I added juices, tea and more red meat to my diet. Was aware of what and when I was eating.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
6-8 weeks
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Usually no breakfast, lunch - idk, dinner at home (something meat-y).
DId you consume alcohol? No

DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details?
Had breakfast of course:
Bread with Eggs or cheese or ham. Cereals/Muesli/Granola with full fat milk. Avocado on wholemeal bread
Green Tea with lemon, fruit juice (pineapple, orange, mango, red fruit juice,...)

snacking:
all kind of fruits (banana, pineapple, mango, apples, berries,..), cookies, crackers, nuts, sometimes an egg, cheese, chestnuts,... vegetable juice

lunch was usually leftovers from dinner and if necessary I'd add some eggs or meat to have enough proteins.
fruit juice and water

snacking again

dinner would be something like pasta with meat sauce, fried rice with vegetables and meat, pizza, fries with sausages .. anything the children would eat too :) again lots of fluids (water, fruit or veg. juices, green or black tea)

bedtime snack was usually potato chips, nuts, yogurt, tea

the week from AF to O I added (or replaced other drinks with) coconut water and grapefruit juice.

I also added gelatine shots (so gross) here and there when I had the feeling of not having enough protein. For the ones wondering: I used 1-2 teaspoons of bovine gelatine powder in a a shot glass with (lemon) juice and when I was really courageous that day I'd add a squashed clove of garlic into the mix :P

Things that make me nervous about my sway:
little to no EWCM this month. Maybe not enough exercise? No attempt on O+1.

MAssive congrats!!! It gives me so much hope :D
I am scared ttc again but definitely want another bub and definitely another chance, a last chance, for a son ;)

Enjoy...must be soooo weird to talk about your SON to be after three girls..I’m sure if I ever have one, he’ll be called “she” a LOT lol

thank you LMSM! I so can understand you! Not long ago I was looking for and reading "successful boy sway after many girls" myself to give me hope. I have my fingers crossed for you!! I find every family who has already two of one gender should be the "next in row" for the opposite haha

Yes, it's really weird saying "he" when talking about the baby. I think I can only believe it when bub is born and I see it with my own eyes LOL
Sometimes I get weird thoughts about how it would be when after giving birth the nurse would say "it's a girl, they where wrong at the ultrasound" or that something could go wrong with this pregnancy because I would not deserve to be lucky and get what I hoped for.... well all stupid thoughts, I know, but thats how confused I still am lol

So blue dust to all blue swayers! It's possible! :ttcboy:

Thanks Aira :) I’ll Be interested in your family dynamics once he is here as you have three girls, of similar ages as mine too I think, and I will be the same age as you when we try for #4 (will Be34 in Feb, likely 35 by the time we get a BFP if we are lucky) :)
I’m sure everything will be fine, he’s made it this far, he’s determined to get to your arms come March next year :) If you’ve told gender, no doubt people are elated for you too
Enjoy your treasure !

Oh- just in case someone reads this still: I used the cheap pee-on sticks to know the time of ovulation. And also I tried to track my temperature and knew my cycle quite well.
I can‘t recall the exact time of attempts, but it must have been Ehen kids were asleep or in kindergarden. Something like: 9pm, 12pm, 6am,12am.
