Hi everybody! I have a quick question: is there a reliable app you would recommend to track nutrients on LE diet?
I mean: calories, fat, proteins, sodium, potassium...etc?
From what I read you need to stay within specific ranges. So how do you track them?
TIA!

My friend, you can track it on My Fitness Pal. It’s a free app on apple App Store. Takes a bit of getting used though , I watched a few YouTube videos

Please give me a reasonable amount of time to answer before bumping (unless I ask you to bump a post) Since I answer from oldest to newest posts, when you bump, it sends your post to my "new" posts and actually makes it take longer for me to get back to you.
Many peopel use My Fitness Pal but do be aware that it is really not very reliable on sodium and potassium. You may need to look those things up separately if you are tracking them.
Personally, I used a paper and pen and I found it worked very well.

I use fat secret app and it works pretty well. I do try to check all the food labels to see if they match the nutrient amounts from the app. Sometimes they match and sometimes they don’t, so I need to add a personalized food item in the app sometimes.
