It should be on the labels of the things you eat??
Of anything, I don't want people to get TOO hung up on counting cals from fat because on the LE Diet, the fat kinda takes care of itself as long as you're making good food choices (not eating a stick of butter LOL) Just eat less fat, ALWAYs choose skim dairy, and since you're already on a lower-cal diet, if you're eating less AND trying to cut fat, you'll be fine.

Does this help? This is from the LE Diet thread.
4)Lower fat - rather than striving after a number or percentage of fat, just eliminate as much of "visible" fat that you can. Fat is easier for most people to cut back on than protein and it helps reduce caloric intake, even though I suspect protein may sway "harder", so that's why it has a higher priority than protein does.
A lot of people prefer to have an actual number to shoot for, though. (Thanks to zanacal for the following info) A moderate fat restriction diet means 20 to 30 per cent of calories come from fat, while a very low fat diet means calories account for 20 per cent or less of your daily intake. Let's call 20% our minimum goal and 30% our maximum goal. If you are superheavy and have a lot to lose, or if you find yourself at a weight loss plateau, you may want to drop down to 15%.
So on a 1500 cal a day diet (rounding up a bit just for ease):
15% fat would equal 200 calories from fat a day, 25 grams of fat
20% fat would equal 300 calories from fat a day, 35 grams of fat
30% fat would equal 450 cals per day of fat, 50 g of fat
On an 1800 calorie diet
15% fat - 270 cals, 30 g
20% - 360 cals, 40 g
30% - 540 cals, 60 g
There is NO need to count the tiny smidgeons of fat present in fruits and vegetables. Don't even bother. If strawberries have 1 g of fat, don't even include that in your day's total. (exception would be avocado which you should not be eating anyway except as a "quick fix" when you are low in potassium and fat for the day.)

Green tea is very perfect solution to burn the fat of the body. You should drink 1-2 cup of green tea daily which burn 70 calories of your body.

I have found this calculator to be very useful where you enter the calories per day and the fat in grams: Free Calories from Fat Calculator (http://www.startyourdiet.com/free-calories-fat-calculator.htm)

I prob wouldn't give it to him in large amounts - I don't like the conflicting info with the green tea. AT least with green tea for DW, I KNOW people are drinking it and getting boys. For DH it's a big unknown.

He also drinks decaf coffee, which I know is originally caffeine coffee, which is then stripped off its caffeine. He probably has about 5 cups of hot drinks a day, so which would be better for swaying pink? Green tea, decaf coffee or none of the two?

You'll see from that thread that I decided not to stress about what DH was drinking - he has 4 or 5 coffees a day on work days and he probably drank 2 or 3 green teas a week leading up to our sway. I did get him drinking coke too though!

I would prob. have him stick to 1 green tea and then do coffee for the rest. You don't necessarily have to have him avoid caffeine, as long as he doesn't drink it 1-2 hours before you DTD for your attempt.

2-3 is best but as long as you're not drinking hundreds of ounces with additional packets stirred in (as people are told to do on another site), that's ok.
