Hi Onebigwish!
I have endo, and have had two laparoscopies (one before DD1 and one before DD2).
I tried for close to 2 years before dd1, but my first cycle on Clomid = BFP :)
I had a natural pregnancy when she was 11 m.o but sadly miscarried.
DD2, we tried after my m/c (which was followed by my second laparoscopy for endo) and once again, 1st cycle on Clomid was the winner.
Dd3, HE diet - 2nd month trying , all naturally, gave us our youngest little girl ;)
It’s possible, but I guess it all depends on the severity of your endo, where you might have adhesions, etc etc
Since you just had your lap done, the doc usually say so to wait a cycle or two after, to allow lining to rebuild (assume you had a d&c at the same time to clear the uterine tissue?) but you should be at your most fertile thereafter so FX your get your BFP soon ;) good luck!

Yes i have lots of clients with endometriosis.

I would consider a gluten free diet - in one study it seemed to help a few people with endo pain - and eat more fiber, particularly nuts and seeds.

Thanks for the advice! And does endometriosis sways more girl or boy? Or is it equal? At this moment my only fear is not to be able to conceive at all.

We don't have enough data to be able to say.

Right now between this and your husband's situation we need to focus on doing what it takes for you to conceive.

I’m so exited especially after the HsG I’m very hopeful ,ovulation in three days!
DH s sperm test was ok (25 million/1 Milliliter) so do you have anymore tips for us what we can do to conceive faster?

Oh that's great news!

I would add in female O if you can, and then stay laying flat for 30 or more minutes. Be sure to spend part of this time laying on your tummy (this seems silly, but has really worked.) Do not do shallow release!

Good luck and pink but most importantly sticky dust headed your way.

Af came...I’m CD 4 already. We had two attempts in fertile window laid 30 min on tummy and 30 min on back deep Release because was doggy style and added a big o sorry tmi. I even felt my ovulation very well and did it along with the cramps and positive opk...atomic what is your next advice step? We did everything fine..I think I’ll give myself a ultimatum and go for ivf or something

Ps: i forgot to say that i also used a full syringe of preseed

Even under ideal circumstances only about 20% of the time do you end up pregnant, even with perfect attempts.

Let's cut the Preseed by 1/2 just in case it actually had a negative effect.

Are you doing every 4 days (in the 72 hour pattern) even out of the fertile window/?? If not, do. It may help boost your fertility and more importantly will cover you in case you aren't Oing when you think you are (or that happens in future months)

Another slap in the face...turns out that DH s sperm count is very bad...if the endo wasn’t enough pfff :( I heard it yesterday from my fertility doctor and I am so devastated....(who a :3, b:37, c:14,d:46) they told me “a” must be at least 15. And that it will probably would be ICSI so if it’s not getting improved after the vitamins he has to take.

Last week I had an ultrasound turns out that my left ovary is damaged from the laparoscopy and it doesn’t make eggs anymore!!! I could scream for regretting the operation !The right is thank god fine, amh is also fine (2.02)

I think swaying girl is doomed for us...maybe I won’t will get a baby at all..

Atomic do you have tips please? Do you think its still possible to sway? Or does Intermittent fasting doesn’t make any sense?

Sorry I’m just overthinking the whole time I just don’t understand how this can happen we conceived two healthy boys in the first month :(

oh no I'm so sorry to hear about your left ovary! That's terrible but I'm so thankful that your right is working.

Intermittent fasting will still help because it can help to make higher quality eggs.

I would focus on doing whatever it takes for DH to make healthy sperm - no swaying on his part.

If they're thinking of doing ICSI can you guys do PGD and then select an XX?

What else did you plan for swaying in the future?

I thought about trying for 1,5 years naturally...in the hope dh s sperm
Gets faster with the supplements. It’s so overwhelming the HT never ever thought we maybe need HT...I need time to accept this all.
We’re living in Germany. I think it’s illegal here to do pgd or not I don’t know it ?

Sometimes even in countries it's illegal they're willing to take family balancing into account but I suspect in Germany you're right and they won't do that. Any way to go overseas?

To Go overseas is a little bit hard because we are bounded the kids have school here. The good thing is that the city were I live has one of the best Fertility clinics in Europe! So it’s practically only a half an hour from my house...
You know I really want a healthy girl but in the moment I think i would be happy too if I get a healthy baby at all. Even it’s a boy. They said with this motility it’s even not enough for IVF...:( DH lives healthy never smoked. I just wanna go in a corner and cry. Do you recommend other vitamin es that are good for motility?

I'm confused - how can they suggest ICSI without IVF? You have to do IVF to do ICSI.

if you have time can you tell me everything he's taking?

onebigwish
February 17th, 2019, 06:35 PM
I mean they suggested icsi because of his sperm is too slow.
In the moment he is taking wellmann conception one a day, vit D10.000 & Vitamine C 1000. And some raw honey with fertility herbs.
When in was swaying he didn’t sway with me at all. I think this is al because of the Opiats he did take after his surgery.

I understand, but first they told you it had to be ICSI but then said you couldn't do IVF? Was there another sperm test done after they told you ICSI? So then they changed their minds and said you couldn't do IVF?

I do not like the Wellmans. Can you find a different kind that doesn't have the herbs and such high doses of B vitamins in them? I think Wellmans causes more problems than it solves so I'd suggest having him wean off that and onto another fertility vitamin.

What "fertility herbs"? Many herbs are really actually BAD even though the people who sell them say they work.

He takes Date Palm pollen. They say it’s good for sperm motility...
Why is Vitamine B not good? Which brand do you recommend ?
DH did only one sperm test. The urologist told him first that’s it was perfectly fine. Until we went to a fertility clinic we let them
See the test what he did and they said that’s not enough for ivf.

The human body is not made to and does not require that huge amount of vitamins. High doses of vitamins are NOT GOOD unless someone has a severe inability to process them. Some is good. A massive amount is harmful, even poisonous and I have no idea why the vitamin companies continue putting these megadoses in their products. B vitamins are mostly urinated out, so the body is somewhat forgiving, but over time some of the B vitamins at that level are proven harmful, and I think it's likely that the rest are too even though they're less proven.

I still like the trusty Men's One a Day over 50.

At least one study did seem to indicate date palm pollen was beneficial. I tend to not trust the herbs until I've seen them work firsthand for quite a few people and I really do not trust the "plant estrogens" at all, so personally I'd have him drop those, particulary if he developed the sperm problem after he started taking it.

Thanks so much for clarifing, it was very helpful to undersstand the timeline.

Hey atomic, you don’t believe what happend. I was at my gynecologist and had a ultrasound she did found my left ovary and I am SO happy about that. She even saw little follies in it maybe 5 or six that means that it’s not damaged ! :d
Today I’m ovulating I feel O pains, yesterday had a pos opk. I really think it’s the sperm factor why we don’t conceive because every time i go to ultrasound they say everything is fine. Even my endo pain is all gone..we will see
