I was just curious what can be done about low motility? Naturally anyway?

Do FertilAid, Coenzyme Q10, or the pill link below actually work?

Increase Sperm Motility with MotilityBoost for Men (http://www.fairhavenhealth.com/motilityboost.html) ---Not sure this would work, has anyone tried it?

Just doing some research.

Thanks in advance,

Eury

Any male supplement can only help. Dr Potter recommended one in the ASK the Experts forum. I had my DH take Fertility Blend for men from GNC.

Also, I'm sure their doc went over this but poor nutrition, smoking and alcohol can hurt motility. So can increased zinc in the diet.

Eury, my DH has low count, and I have had him on a slew of supps. Dr Potter recommends the Naturally Smart for Men, which my DH tried, but now we are on the Fertilaid for Men with the CountBoost also. The make a Motility Boost blend as well. Supplement for Male Infertility: Sperm Motility, Count and Quality (http://www.fertilaid.com/l-carnitine.asp) (The Motility Boost is at the bottom of this page....they recommend that you take the two together, but they are less together for a month's worth than the Naturally Smart.....which ones are better, I don't know, but we are trying this combo for now.) I completely agree with the smoking and such. My DH had completely revamped his diet and habits since we found out about the sperm count being low, and I have hope that it may help. Best of luck to your SIL! Male factor is hard because it is not always fixable, but you never know unless you try to fix it. We are going with natural methods for a while before we consider anything else, but I have IVF sitting in the back of my mind.
