Duration of diet? We were on the diet solid for 2 weeks, lighter on the 2 weeks prior, solid 2 weeks before that...
Dietary Changes? Ton of red meat, potatoes, nuts, salty foods. Lots of water. Whole milk in the morning. No sweets except dark chocolate
Did you continue diet after attempt? If so for how long? Yes, lightly
DH consume caffeine before attempt day? No caffeine at least 2 weeks prior
DH consume caffeine 1/2 hour or an hour before BD? 30 mins prior at least half Double Shot, might have also had coffee (can't remember exactly what he did on this attempt)
Hormones? Nothing. Did some early summer when we started ttc but then broke my wrist and quit.
