DIET:
I was doing the LE diet all summer but stopped around September when I lost the will to carry on. I did continue to skip breakfast and drank a lot of diet coke and Crystal Lite. However, if anything, I was gaining weight :oops:. Hubby and I still drank coffee daily too.
EXERCISE:
Running on the treadmill 1-2 times per week
POTIONS & PILLS:
Only prenatal vitamins
POTIONS & PILLS FOR YOUR MAN:
DH started off taking licorice root but he stopped 2 months before we got pregnant as we thought this was effecting his sperm.
TIMING:
We dtd four days in a row (twice before ovulation, on ovulation day and the day after). This is opposite of what we did to get out ds (we dtd every other day). We did it in the missionary position every time and I did not jump and dump. He didn’t release shallow and I did not have the big O all three times (trying gets monotonous after a while…lol).
THINGS IN YOUR VG:
I used nothing in my vag as I was already dry. I think the diet and crystal lite really worked for me and then some because I had no cervical mucus whatsoever. I used to have TONS before I started swaying.
Did you track your pH, if so, what was it before the attempt(s):

After 4 months of trying I was really starting to get discouraged. I got pregnant so easily with my son and with my miscarriage that I was shocked to see the impact my little sway was making. For the first three months I was taking the antihistamines, doing J&D, baby asprin, tons of diet coke and crystal lite and frequent release. My hubby and I just couldn’t keep up with that so we took away one thing a month until we finally got pregnant. I have had bleeding and spotting with this pregnancy but just saw the baby’s heart beat today so I am growing more and more confident with this pregnancy. So hoping that I get my healthy baby girl!!!!
