Any quesses at 12 week NT scan?

We went for our NT scan at 12 weeks and didn't even think about looking for a nub this early until I started reading about the nub theory and the angle of the dangle. We pulled out the U/S and were wondering if there is a nub in this shot and any guesses on gender for fun? During the scan we thought we saw some boy parts but she said it was the cord. I also thought I saw 2 dark lines too.

Isn't baby upside down?

Sorry, guess it's hard to tell from the pic but the baby's head is on the right and butt on the left. It was upside down but I flipped the picture so it is right-side up. Does that make a difference?
