The Case For Chocolate (http://www.newyorkfamily.com/newyork/blog-2415-the-case-for-chocolate.html):agree:

There are a few really good studies out there showing benefits of chocolate while pregnant. One study from Yale (Chocolate may reduce pregnancy complication risk | Reuters (http://uk.reuters.com/article/2008/04/28/us-chocolate-pregnancy-idUKCOL86039220080428)) shows that dark chocolate can help prevent preeclampsia. Another study from Finland (BBC NEWS | Health | Chocolate 'makes for happy babies' (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/3604275.stm)) shows that when consumed regularly in small amounts, chocolate helps protect the fetus from stress while in the womb and babies are then less fearful and tend to smile and laugh more. I think as long as you are eating just a small piece of dark chocolate, you could get away w/eating it everyday if caffiene levels are in check.

Nice! You'll be happy to know I ate 1/3 of a dark (70% cacao) chocolate bar about an hour before reading this...maybe I should eat the other 2/3 now too!

Perfect. Like I need anymore excuses to eat chocolate. Thanks Blue! ;)
I just finished off a box of exquisite Belgian chocolates that my dad picked up from Brussels, while he was there. It was truly better than the recent sex I've had...
