Hello all...
Got my copper iud out today after 3.5 yrs without any problem.. Doing really well, no cramps or bleeding. I am so excited for a little pink addition in my family (hopefully, Insha Allah). Have been on diet and exercise since 4-5 weeks n will continue till I conceive... Will ttc in January..
Hope everything goes on well and I ll have a successful sway..
