We are TTC a girl.
My husband usually takes testosterone, medically prescribed because his is about as low as a 70 year old man's. He's been off of it for 2 weeks.
He's doing 2 weeks on and then goes off when I start AF again. He can feel the difference when it's really low, which is probably good for TTC a girl but not good for him, so he has to take it in between.
My OPK was almost positive last night and my husband felt like he needed to go back on his meds soon because it's affecting his mood negatively to be off of it. So we DTD last night because he was going back on the testosterone today.
Anyway, I was sure my OPK would be positive in the morning because of how close it was last night. But it's not. It's closer than before (I didn't think it was possible to be any closer without being positive). I think now for sure it will be positive by tonight, but that means we DTD about 24 hours before positive OPK.
Did we just waste this month?
Next month, I'm waiting until a fully positive OPK. But maybe I should just prepare myself now that I'm out for this month.
I hope doing it before positive OPK doesn't sway boy. :/
