Well wrote a long message and it all got loss..
So ill make it shorter
My doc sent me to visit a fetility centre a doc that he recommended.
My husband made spermogram and went ok thanks god he improved
I made many blood tests all came ok
Doc ask em today 12th day of cycle and ultrasound. They didnt found my endometrio as expected for this time.of cycle. Its not 3 lines despite was 7mm which would be ok not so good as receptive still
One egg in left ovarie 17.5mm and one in right 11 mm
He told me i will ovulate from wednesday till sunday. So he said to use one injection of gonacor 5000 on wedneday and have attemps on wednesday,friday and sunday.
Then use progesterone vaginal pills from sunday for 14 days.
He said wont help too much endometrio and if i get period go to see him again to start a new treatment with vaccems all cycle. But also thinks wont help much because reality for him is that real problem would be quality of my eggs for my age
That he suggest try to cycles and then go directly to Fiv.
I would have to change fertility centre to one covers treatment my health provider
It covers only three attemps of fiv per life..
Well im a bit sad. Dont have much hope as i gound doctors...i will keep updated. Thank you so much for your support

Doctors will always tell us the worst case scenario that's for sure.

ARe they not going to do another ultrasound before Wednesday??? I think they should. But if they won't then yes just do what they tell you to do.

Our egg health does decline as we get older, but it doesn't always mean we can't get pregnant. I actually think you have a better chance with these injectible meds than with Clomid.

I personally think you'd be better off just trying on your own than with IVF unless you were going to do donor eggs. Trying naturally you can go on trying every month from now till you decide to stop, and your body will likely still make good eggs at least some of the time. With IVF we are counting on having good eggs all at once, and that may not happen. IVF is still a very long shot for older moms.

Thank you so much for your reply my dear friend. No...they wont do another ultrosound..i also expected they would but dont. Doctor even goes on trip and told me left all information to his secretary for next cycle. Im a bit dissapointed about fetility centre here in mu country. I was expecting more..i dont know ..dedication? I felt as if doctor even forgotten all that have told me a couple of weeks earlier..
I guess you are right. I also think hace more chances if i have, on my own, with may be medication or a couple of ultrasound would be great but it seams docs dont want to do easy treatments a lot..they always try to presuade to do expensives treatment or seams they dont really pay much attention or are not interested..
Lets see how all turns
Despite all my personal doc wants me to get pregnant as soon as i can..it seams he is worried about age and how pregnancy would be. He wants to star as fast possible
But well o dont think that i would get pregnant more quickly with ivf either..
Lets see what happens this months
Tomorrow i have to apply injection

Hey, for all we know this is exactly the perfect way to go and this is the hand of God at work. Let's just follow their advice and I'd definitely want to see you in with more than one attempt over time because that way in case the timing is off, you'll still be covered!

We see this same seeming lack of interest from our docs all the time, it's really discouraging. I suppose it's all the same to them if we get pregnant or not. :(

Thank you for your words my help i was afraid my husband sperm could be with small count but kbow with medicatiom he is ok so i think like ypu do better to add attemps and not have chance to lose ovulation.
I will keep my fingers crossed ��. Today my opk gave positive so guess meditaion is working fine!
