Hi all
I've been a frequent visitor to in-gender, and have been gathering tons of info slowly over the past year or so. I decided to come onto this site as the monkeys have got real bad on in-gender, and see that many of you have come here too :-)
I am still trying to convince hubby to go for #3 but as a min, we have agreed for me to stop the pill, and go onto some of the supps and start the boy diet... just in case we decide to go for it!
As of yesterday, I have upped the daily banana & potato intake ;), started drinking loads of tomato juice, lemon water and started taking vitamin e, zinc and poatssium supps. slowly cutting out the wine, coffee and dairy and switched to stevia as a sweetener. Also trying to use ACV and salt as much as possible.
Looking forward to seeing what happens! I have a pH of 4.5!!!
