Inconclusive Gender Scan - any ideas? 16 weeks

My stubborn little bean wouldn’t uncross their legs so we are none the wiser after our gender scan! Does the skull theory still apply at 16 weeks? I’m so desperate to know and won’t find out now til after Christmas! 40943
