hi i am a boy swayer and i start to eat red meat
but i like younger animal meat (may be one year old )becuse itis soft and more deliciuos.
Now i worry about about these animals testeron levels
Do i have to eat older animals as they have more teserone ?!

It is fine to eat younger animals! Don't worry about the testosterone, red meat helps your body make its own testosterone. You do NOT get testosterone from the testosterone IN the meat. Your body gets hormones by making them, not from eating them.
