No RepHresh doesn't work as immediately. Sylk, Acijel, Replens are better for quickly lowering pH.
You can also use a storebought vinegar and water douche if you prefer. (I am not a fan of douching, though)

Sorry I should have clarified fastest. Im trying to get PH low for my attempt next cycle, so I suppose my question is how to keep it low for a month? Should I start represh now and sylk on bd. Also is sylk to be inserted like how rephresh is inserted or as a lube

Well, I don't think any of the pH lowering supplements work, but some people would drink aspartame.
I would not bother doing anything to lower pH until after your period ends in the upcoming month. Then RepHresh, if you'd like, every 3 days after AF ends, and Sylk with BD. You can use either a larger amount of Sylk 1-2 hours before you plan to have sex, or a smaller amount as a lube for intercourse.
I've probably already linked this for you but the case against pH is here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/11684-ph-pickle.html

Yes. RepHresh is designed to keep pH in a certain range...if it's too low, it raises it, if it's too high, it lowers it (altho to be honest I'm not convinced this mechanism works very well at all) so if you've douched or used lime tampon to make pH super low, the RepHresh can actually end up causing pH to rise to compensate.
