Hi everyone.
I'm new to this forum. I'm a 36 y/p mother of two girls. I never knew of swaying. Just learned about it recently so apologies in advance for any newby questions and if anything mispronounced, since English is not my native language (I'm European). I'm still trying to take every little detail in since I'm truly fascinated and desire a DS so badly.

Here's my story and also my questions.

Both my daughters were born via c-section.
A third child will be our last definitely, so I would want to go for almost certainty.
I'm 36 y/o so at this point would prefer IVF for a DS. However my husband does not want to go ahead with this and he's fine with a 3rd girl as well.

I'm diagnosed with vaginismus. Both my girls were conceived without deep penetration and I think, after done some reading here, my CM was/ is usually very dry. Also I'm always struggling with weight so always dieting. Red meat is not my favorite and also am I not taking lots of dairy products.
Always cautious with the salt and because of weight controlling, frequently hungry especially since I stop eating in the evenings.. when BD also happens. I'm doing lots of walking, don't prefer weight lifting. Also frequent user of antihistamine due to to allergies.
My husband is overweight and was a smoker his entire life. He stopped smoking now, thank god. He's 35 and eats what I serve him lol, so low in red meats as well. He's not consistent in vitamin intake.
Because of my vaganismus, husband and I do/did very little BD, only around ovulating, for pregancies.
Sooooo... I think I'm the perfect example of a girls momma right?

Since I'm very serious about this 3rd attempt and am willing to 100% comply with diet and lifestyle, will this pink swayer succeed with a (personalized) plan? Or should I just try and convince partner to go for IVF?
What's the key for boy swaying; read something about 7 factors? Is 12 weeks really enough for best chances? And why is it that you aren't allowed to gain too much weight? Does breastfeeding effect any chances?
What foods or supplies are really necessary; red meat, patatoes and tomatos? Are there any foods or sweets I really need to stop eating? I'm have kind of a sweet thooth.
Since I'm a newby, is there any critical detail I'm missing here to pay attention too?

Thank you so much for replying and I would love to connect with other pink ladies with somewhat the same story.

Welcome to the world of swaying!! I am also new to this forum (joined last month) and a girl mum as well. Actually I just posted my own story on this thread - in case it helps you figure out what to avoid since pretty much everything I did lead to DD

https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-girl/75193-unintentional-girl-sway-mum-now-swaying-blue.html

You will have to ask @atomic but from all the reading, research, etc I've done the only way to be 100% is through IVF. My DH is strict about just 2 babies and doesn't care if #2 is a DS - but I do care A LOT. I'm in the January TTC / 2WW club at present after swaying ttc this past weekend. Hope you join us over there soon! When are you ttc? Do you have a timeline?

And congrats on your 2 princesses!! They really are a lot of fun. Selfishly I just want one of each now that I have my mini ;)

Hi Bleu2 thanks!
No I'm not ready for TTC. First I'll need to make changes to food like breakfast (soyamilk and oatmilk) and eat more red meat (nihil at present).

Also need to figure about intercourse to be sperm friendly, timing and my cycle.

Exciting times for you!! Good luck hopefully a boy this time! Did you go all blue sway?

IVF is always your best option but if you want to get a plan, I'll help you however I can!

Being an example of a girls' momma is actually good news, it means there are lots of things we can change! Sometimes it is hard to help someone who gets girls on a boy friendly lifestyle, but when people have a pink friendly lifestyle swaying can be much easier.

The 7 "factors" are not part of this site. Most of those "factors" are nonsense and the diet that they recommend is terrible. We focus on a healthy diet to boost fertility, exercise, sex patterns, and having an overall healthy lifestyle for boys.

The reason not to gain too much weight is that for some reason, while a little weight loss is good, a lot of weight loss can affect your hormones negatively. We get good results for boys after only 6 weeks of diet. 12 weeks for pink swayers, but blue swayers seem to get the benefits faster.

Our version of the blue sway diet is here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-boy/16806-high-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html and a couple threads that will really help explain more about diet are here https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-boy/27056-he-diet-faq.html and here: and also this one is helpful https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/62454-guide-cheating-blue-pink.html#post959784

Potatoes and tomatoes (not to mention bananas) are NOT magic boy foods and you can read why here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-girl-best-practices/62533-le-diet-faq-2-mineral-madness-edition.html

This thread will help you judge foods - there are only a few foods you shouldn't eat https://www.genderdreaming.com/the-myth-of-magic-foods-and-best-to-worst-food-guide-for-swaying/

Most people only buy vitamins and then some type of lube like Preseed (sperm safe, conception friendly jelly only.) We don't do any douches or strange dietary supplements that are based on baking soda or other chemicals. I have a guide to vitamins (including what NOT to get) here https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-boy-best-practices/3486-guide-supplements-blue.html and for men it's here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-a-boy-best-practices/1171-how-raise-sperm-count-sway-blue.html

DH drinks soda and Redbulls a lot, skips breakfast frequently. Any problems here?

Should I just follow SMEP plan or 2 to 4 BD troughout? Please detail frequency and timing of BD since I have vaganismus.
Use preseed as well?

What if I don't get pregnant after 6 weeks plan? Take a break from HE diet and then restart, or just continue?

Is there a thread containing pink mothers who completed a succesfull sway after changed lifestyle, with details of what was changed in particular?

What kind of cereal late snack do you talk of? Is it bar of bowl with milk? Could you please show a picture, so I can look out for the European version.

Thank you so much!

Hi Atomic. Another question.. during my last ttc attempt I used "evening primrose" tablets. I was pregnant in no time, after ttc for almost 1,5 years.
Does this hurt to use for blue sway?
Thanks.

We find a lot of daughters conceived to men who drink a lot of energy drinks.

SMEP is great if you think your husband can do it. Or if not, then do the every 2-4 days with the 3 attempts around positive OPK. Whichever will work for you.

The most important thing is to hopefully be in with more than one BD in the fertile window of O-3 through O Day. Without hurting yourself too much, try for 3 or more attempts in that fertile window.

The HE Diet is fine to continue indefinitely. Just try not to gain weight on it, if you start gaining more than 3-5 lbs then we'll cut back on grains, sugars, juice, and other carby foods.

Yes use preseed unless you have a lot of EWCM.

the blue sways are here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/add-your-boy-sway-/
We also have a couple threads where boy moms talked about their lives when they got boys here https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-boy/1890-how-we-got-our-boys.html and here https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-to-conceive-a-boy/52279-how-we-got-our-boys-2-a.html

Cereal bars are ok, but only cereal in a bowl with milk has been shown in a study to sway blue. Here are some pics of cereal, although it doesn't have to be any of these types. I just picked this article not for the types of cereals (all of which are overly expensive IMO) but because it had pictures. https://www.cheatsheet.com/health-fitness/healthiest-breakfast-cereals-you-can-eat.html/ Muesli is a good blue sway cereal and is what many Europeans eat.

Wow again so much helpfull info! Thanks!

Regarding position for BD; is there a favor for blue and is deep penetration necessary? And what about female organism?

Can I sweeten my oatmeal and milk with stevia of honey better?

I'll draft a meal plan and would love to hear your thoughts. Almost there.

How much too purchase a personalized plan via you?

Hi Atomic. I read and read almost all my spare time hihi.

So excuse me for another question.. or observation more.

I have read the best practices and it said deep penetration and DW orgasms are very favorable for blue sway.
Both these things are rare for me since I have vaganismus. I realize now that although I would comply with HE diet 100%, I would still decrease chances with BD. What do you think?

Oh whoops I missed this question - we have found evening primrose may possibly sway pink and I am no longer recommending it for blue swayers. If you wish to use it, be super sure you're eating a LOT of animal fats and very little vegetable based fat.

Well, none of those things have really been proven to sway though. They are just things people guess might sway. You need to put your health and well being first, and I believe 110% that things like diet and exercise and supplements sway by far more than the BD stuff. I would not even worry about it. Many of us (myself included) got boys doing things that are supposedly girl friendly, like shallow release, positions, no female O.

Stevia is said to be blue friendly, but it has never been proven and I am pretty skeptical about it. I would stick with real foods like honey or even regular sugar. I promise I never ate stevia in my life and I have 4 boys all with plenty of sugar.

The personal plans are here - there are several prices depending on how much you get. https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/payments.php
