I been on the Le diet since the end of June, I wanted to try for a Summer baby, but my now 24 months old DD become um a monster haha. I allowed myself to ease up for the holidays living off sweets lol. Honestly I haven’t been eating meat, that part doesn’t bother me it is the snacking that is hard this time around. Now if I try my due date is around October-December which I have two kids with November birthdates, then a early January and early March birthdates, I want some spacing lol. I was thinking of sticking to the le diet but not hardcore since I’m under weight. I was thinking of trying around May or Summer months. We are planning a California vacation in the Summer early summer. So I think it works out better that way. But here I am in January now and didn’t try yet. I’m in no rush, only rush is my DH all be 43 in a few weeks.

What I'd have you do is just go vegetarian for a while. No need to stick to LE Diet all that time, just restart it about 12 weeks before you want to TTC.

Thanks! I wanted to start working out not to lose weight just to have some free time, I already get 11 thousand steps on a not so busy day, when I’m busy almost 19 thousand steps, since I’m under weight is that more boy or girl friendly?

It's more girl friendly even if you weren't underweight.
